Privacy policy
Urban Retro Garden, Moshav Neve Yarak, Israel, respects your privacy. This page explains plainly what information reaches us, what we do with it and what your rights are.
What we collect and why
- What you send us. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or send an order, we receive the details you give: name, phone number, delivery address and the contents of the order. We use them to reply, prepare a quote, deliver the order and issue an invoice.
- The basket. Your basket is stored only in your own browser, on your device. It is not sent to us until you send an order.
- Card payment. Payment takes place on the secure page of a licensed payment provider. The full card number never reaches us and is not stored by us.
- Technical information. The site's hosting provider keeps access logs (IP address, browser type, time) for security and operation.
- Third-party services. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the Find us page shows a Google Maps map. WhatsApp links take you to WhatsApp. These providers may receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.
- Statistics. If we measure visits, the measurement will be aggregated and cookieless. The site does not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.
Who we share information with
We do not sell information. We pass on only what is needed to carry out your order: to delivery contractors, the payment provider, our bookkeeping, and the authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Orders and invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires (usually seven years). Enquiries that did not become an order are deleted within 24 months at most.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law you may see the information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to urbanretrogarden@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to order information is limited to the people who handle orders.
Children
The site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about minors.
Changes
We will update this page when the way we handle information changes. Last updated: September 2026.
AI product assistant
Questions and recent messages are sent to Anthropic to generate answers using the catalogue. Chat history stays in this browser tab for continuity; use New conversation to clear it. Our application database does not store chat message bodies. Hashed connection identifiers and usage counters help prevent abuse. Do not send payment details or passwords. You can contact the team by phone or WhatsApp instead.
