Returns policy

This translation is provided for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding one.

• Whole containers that were purchased may be returned, provided they have not been painted, perforated for other uses, or altered in any way (including drilling, use of chemicals and the like) and were not ordered in sizes made specially for the customer, within 14 business days of receiving the product and by prior arrangement by phone or email with the company's customer service.
• Cancellation of the transaction takes effect only after an email from the company confirming the cancellation request.
• If the cancellation is approved, the product must be returned to the company, and all costs involved in returning it are borne by the customer.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging together with the original invoice, provided that no more than 14 business days have passed since the product was received and a further 14 business days since the cancellation request was acknowledged.
• A transaction may be cancelled (and the product returned) within 14 business days of receiving the product, provided the product is returned to URBAN RETRO GARDEN as agreed when the return was arranged.
• In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the credit will be made by bank transfer, or as a cancellation through the credit card company (if the purchase was made by card), subject to the cancellation conditions below.
• Where a transaction is cancelled for a reason other than a defect (the warranty covers the sealing of the containers only, not third-party damage caused by such a defect), the consumer's money will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower.

1. The product is returned by prior arrangement and at the consumer's expense.
2. The consumer will not be refunded for delivery charges, painting of the containers or any other extra approved in the original transaction, but only for the value of the product as paid at purchase, less the cancellation fee.
3. Subject to any law, planting containers and paddling tubs (metal containers for any use) cannot be returned after they have been used in any way.
4. Where a transaction is cancelled because of a defect, no cancellation fee is charged; the consumer's money will be refunded within 30 business days of the product being received at the URBAN RETRO GARDEN yard, by arrangement.
5. The company will give the consumer a copy of the charge-cancellation notice, and a credit tax invoice will be sent as required by law.
